Informative Project Solutions is a small family business that provides residential maintenance, repairs, and improvements. When you call, you will speak to us directly; real humans, not a recording or operator! We want to build personal relationships with each of our clients, we are not a random ‘for hire’ contractor you might find through ‘handyman service’ apps, or the big box stores. In most instances, we will complete the agreed upon scope of work directly for you. However, if your project scale and/or difficulty requires the attention of a specialized industry professional(ex. a licensed electrician to provide full house rewiring), we will partner with you by vetting local trade professionals and serving as project managers. We strive to be a familiar face, a community member, and a partner for any and all of your home needs, protecting your family, your investment, and your wallet.

Home Solutions with an Inspectors Eye and a Holistic Approach

In 2014 Jolene Lomnes formed Informative Home Inspections with the goal of providing ‘Independent Home Inspections’. Since then, she has inspected hundreds of homes, from the Catskills to the northern Adirondacks. Through that experience, she has witnessed the detrimental impact that well meaning but misguided DIYer’s and Profits First contractors can have on properties and wallets. Informative Project Solutions was born out of a desire to fill the aforementioned gap in the market, and to arm homeowners with the knowledge required to make informed decisions when making home improvements.
